Shipping your vehicle
To keep the process of shipping a car to our customers country as simple as possible we take care of all the shipping arrangements from the moment you purchase your new car, all you have to do is appoint a local customs broker if we don’t already have a partner in your country.
All our vehicle price quotations and pricing on our listings include Shipping and Insurance. However depending on which country you reside in, shipping will either be prepaid or paid when the vessel reaches your shores.
We use trusted partners to ship your car. Your car will be either shipped on a Roll-on/Roll-off (RO RO) shipping vessel or in a container, which ever is most cost effective, with full marine insurance.

We appreciate that shipping vehicles around the world can seem like a dauting task, which is why with our extensive experience we handle the whole process for you.
Your dedicated Export consultant will notify you when your vehicle has departed and will provide you with an estimated time of arrival at your destination.
Where we have a local partner in your destination country we will send them all the necessary documentation to clear your car through customs, in cases where we don’t have a local partner we will send the documents directly to you for you to give to your customs clearing agent.
Your customs broker will notify you when your vehicle arrives, they will organise the unloading along with any customs related obligations that need to be settled.
All buyers must be aware that they need to handle this aspect themselves when the vehicle arrives, and that shipping (if not pre-paid) handling fees and import duties are paid locally by the buyer.
For our New Zealand customers our partner will deliver your car to a recommended compliance centre which will in turn arrange for your car to be registered.
In the case of the Cayman Islands our recommended customs broker sta-mar will license your car and deliver it to your home.
